St. Croix:  On Tuesday June 15, between midnight and 3:30 a.m., burglar(s) broke into the Grove Place Fire Station through a locked door while fire fighters were out working to protect the home of a citizen.  When the fire fighters returned to their home away from home, they found it had been desecrated by the thieves who had stolen three laptop computers, a DVR, and other items used by fire personnel during their tour of duty at the station.  Help law enforcement identify the person(s) responsible for this shameful burglary.

St. John:  On Tuesday June 22, a villa on Ridge Rock Road was burglarized. The suspect entered through the kitchen door and removed a red Toshiba laptop, two book readers, a Zeiss spotting scope, and three cable boxes.

St. Thomas:  On Saturday June 26 at 4:45 a.m., police received a call from the emergency room that two black males had dropped off an unresponsive male who had been shot several times, and who died of his injuries. Please help police figure out where, when and why this shooting occurred.

St. Croix:  Sometime between 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16th and 6:00 a.m. the next day, vandals damaged eight vehicles belonging to Terminix in Peter’s Rest.  It appears the suspect(s) used a pick axe from the back of one of the trucks to smash door windows and one windshield.  Although nothing was stolen from any of the vehicles, extensive damage was done and the perpetrator(s) need to be brought to justice.  The reward for an arrest is $1000. 

St. John:  Dog fighting is cruel, inhumane, and a felony offense in our territory.  Please help put a stop to this by providing us with the times and locations of the fights, and the names of the persons involved in this animal cruelty.  The minimum reward for an arrest is $350. 

St. Thomas:  On October 23, 2009 at about 10:00 pm in the area of Hospital Gade by Jarvis School, Mr. Oster Henry was struck by a light blue Jeep Liberty that left the scene and drove up towards Mafolie.  Mr. Henry sustained serious injuries and died.  Help police identify the driver of this vehicle.  The minimum reward for an arrest is $900.

St. Croix:  On Wednesday, February 4, 2004, at about 10:00 p.m., Bureau of Corrections Officer Raymond Jackson was fatally shot outside the former location of Tiger Mini Mart in Estate Ruby near Island Center.  An unknown gunman silently appeared from the rear of the building and opened fire, striking him several times.  No one was able to provide a description of the assailant who fled the scene on foot. 

St. John:  On April 19, after midnight, a home was burglarized at 465 Chocolate Hole.  While the residents slept, perpetrators entered the home and removed several items, including a Samsung cell phone, HP laptop, Sony and Magnavox digital cameras, three wallets with credit cards, driver`s licenses, a check book, and $150 cash.  Surveillance cameras showed two light-complexion males, one tall and slim, the other of medium height, stocky, and muscular.  Surveillance photos are available at our website. St. Thomas:  On June 11, at 2:45 a.m., police responded to a shooting in the area of Drake’s Seat.  The victim, Victor Wallace, indicated that while he was waiting for a friend, someone drove by the area in a red Honda Civic.  The victim started to drive towards Louisenhoj Castle when a male fired several shots at him from the left side of the road, hitting Mr. Wallace several times.

St. Croix:  On Friday May 21 at 3:15 a.m., VIPD responded to a shooting incident near building 25 in the Lorraine Village apartment complex.  While investigating, officers found a 26-year-old man on the ground with a gunshot wound to the back.  The victim was conscious, but unable to provide information on the shooter(s).  The minimum reward for an arrest in this case is $892.  Tell the perpetrators that you want this senseless activity stopped by telling us what you know.

St. John:  On Tuesday June 1 in the area of 7B Susannaberg, burglar(s) entered a house by prying open a door.  A PlayStation 3 and cash were taken.  The minimum reward for an arrest is $714.  Please tell us what you know. 

St. Thomas:  On October 31, 2009 at about 9:20 p.m., police responded to shots fired in the area of Tutu by the intersection of the one-way road out of Oliver School.  Upon arrival, police made contact with gunshot victim Orande Francis, who later died.  Mr. Francis was in the public street when he was shot.  The minimum reward for an arrest in this case is $1,071.  Help VIPD find the killer(s).

St. Croix:  On Monday May 24 at 4:00 a.m., two armed males robbed Gas For Less near Sunny Isle shopping center, taking an undetermined amount of cash and a blue Toshiba laptop.  One robber wore coveralls, a mask and gloves, while the second wore a black trench coat with a dark shirt over his head.  A third person was waiting in what appeared to be a white Suzuki SUV.  The three people fled in this vehicle. The minimum reward for an arrest is $900.

St. John:  On May 15, in the area of Estate Carolina, an OTC Genisys EVO auto mechanic diagnostic kit worth about $3000 was stolen.  The minimum reward for an arrest and the return of the property is $1,000. 

St. Thomas:  On July 28, 2007 at 7:44 a.m., police responded to Peterborg Road near Little Magens where blood was reported coming out of the trunk of a car on the road.  Alvin Morton, a Government House employee, was found shot to death in the truck of his car.  Mr. Morton was last seen alive the night before at Griffith Ball Park where he was to play softball.  However, he left before the game started and was not seen again.  The minimum reward for an arrest is $1,250. 

Over the last 16 months, several homicides have been prevented by persons calling the Crime Stoppers tip line. If you know of a retaliatory crime that is going to take place, please call us or 911 right away.  You might save a life.

St. Croix:  On Saturday May 15 at 6:00 p.m., VIPD found the body of 19 year-old Eston Farrel of Estate Richmond in an abandoned house in Estate Strawberry.  The day before, on Friday May 14, Mr. Farrel was last seen alive at about 7:30 a.m. driving his red Toyota Tercel.  The car was also seen in the Estate Strawberry and Watergut areas, being driven by Mr. Farrel or another person.  The car was found burned Friday night around 10:00 p.m.  A picture of the vehicle can be seen on our website.  The minimum reward for the arrest of the killer(s) is $1,250.

St. John:  On Tuesday May 18, the office trailer of Blue Stone Services at Virgin Grand Estates was broken into.  Stolen items included three cordless drills, an impact driver, seven 18-volt batteries, a saw, and a hammer drill.  Police believe a vehicle was used to transport the items from the scene.

St. Thomas:  On July 20, 2007 at 9:23 a.m. Trevor Joseph was ambushed by an armed robber(s) outside the lobby of Emerald Beach Resort in Lindberg Bay where he had just serviced an ATM machine.  Mr. Joseph was shot multiple times and died from his injuries.  The murderer(s) escaped with a large amount of money.  The minimum reward for an arrest is $1,250.

The Territory:  Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest of the individuals responsible for the May 13 burglary and arson of the Virgin Islands Lottery office located at 78-79 Kronprindsens Gade in Charlotte Amalie.  The individuals were captured by a surveillance video as they carried out the crime, which occurred between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m.  Pictures can be viewed at our website. St. Croix:  On April 6 at about 8:30 p.m., 31-year-old Duane "Bobo" Bruce of Lorraine Village Housing Community was shot to death in the Estate Constitution Hill area.  VIPD believes the shooter may have been involved in the gunpoint carjacking of a white Ford Bronco right after the shooting, and that an AK-47 was used in this, and possibly several other shootings.  The minimum reward for the arrest of the killer(s) is $1,250.  

St. John:  On May 13 at a villa in Virgin Grand, a burglar entered at night through an unlocked door.  Items stolen included a notebook computer and case, a DVD external writer, a Droid cell phone, a watch, an iPod, a T-100 Sony camera, a video camera, and two passports.  The minimum reward for the arrest of the burglar is $714.

St. Thomas:  On May 9 after 9 p.m., a double homicide occurred on Brookman Road near the Cockpit.  Ronald Lewis and Ajahi Henneman both died after they were shot several times. The shooter(s) may have been shooting from the area of the cemetery on Brookman Road.  The minimum reward for the arrest of the killer(s) is $2,500.

St. Croix:  On February 3 at about 8:30 p.m., 31-year old Gary Gonsalves and his 16-year-old nephew, Charlesworth Gonsalves Jr., were shot and killed in the Mutual Homes Housing Community.  Please tell us who was involved along with any vehicle information you remember.  The minimum reward for an arrest is $2,500.

St. John:  Police are requesting your assistance with a burglary that occurred on May 5 at 36-56 Virgin Grand Estate.  The suspect entered through a door while the occupants were at home.  A green and black backpack was taken which contained a U.S. passport, driver’s license, HP laptop, Lumix camera, iPod Shuffle, cash, and credit cards.  The minimum reward for an arrest is $714.

St. Thomas:  Recently there has been an increase of burglaries in the areas of Altona, Estate Thomas, Solberg, and Annas Retreat.  These burglaries are happening during the day while the residents are away.  Items taken include jewelry, money and electronics.  The minimum reward for an arrest is $714.

St. Croix:  In recent weeks, there have been various crimes on the island.  Deliberate vehicle fires have been set in the Estate Concordia and Frederiksted areas.  Female minors have been sexually assaulted in the Mid-Island area.  Adults have used 12- to 15-year old minors to commit burglaries in the Long Point-Carlton and Cane Carlton area.  Please help law enforcement put these criminals in jail, where they belong.

St. John:  On April 26 at Gift Hill School, the main office building was burglarized with the business office and supply rooms being broken into.  The suspect(s) entered by prying open the eastern door.  Items stolen included a safe containing over $1400, and a flat screen Toshiba Regza TV. 

St. Thomas:  On April 25 at about 9:10 p.m., police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of PMP basketball court.  On arrival, police found that two males had been shot.  One of the victims, Patrick Smith, died from his injuries.  At least two men were seen running from the scene.

St. Croix:  Since March 15, there have been numerous shootings, leading to the deaths and serious injuries of more than 12 citizens. These shootings involved domestic violence, retaliation, illegal drugs, robberies, etc. The guns used in many of these incidents were brought into St. Croix illegally.  If you have any information on the illegal importing and selling of guns, please tell us.

St. John:  A rash of daylight burglaries has occurred in the area of Carolina and Hansen Bay. Items stolen include food and electronics, such as radios, cameras, computers etc. The burglar(s) are cooking and eating while inside, and then turning on all water faucets before leaving. If you have seen any suspicious persons or vehicles in the area, please call immediately.

St. Thomas:  On April 22 at about 10 p.m. near 215-182 Annas Retreat, an armed robbery occurred. The victim, a taxi driver, was approached by a black male who demanded his money and jewelry. The victim complied, but before fleeing on foot, the robber fired a shot at the victim that grazed his neck.  The minimum cash reward for the arrest of this person is $1,785.
